Support Eddie in Memory of Christina

My name is Dave Goodwin and I am creating this fund raiser in memory of Christina Johnson. Christina lost her life on June 12th, 2024 at the age of 40. I worked with Christina's husband Eddie for over 25 years. Eddie is a special person to me and countless others at Enviro-Master and Christina's death will create a financial hardship for him. As Eddie navigates the aftermath of his loss, your donation will help pay for Christina's funeral expenses and time away from work for him to grieve.

Christina and Eddie loved going on adventures. Sometimes they’d head off for a walk along the river bank or bushwack to a waterfall. Other times they’d bundle up their nieces and head to the beach for metal detecting, visiting lighthouses, shopping for snacks, AND then board games. Eddie encouraged Christina in her pursuit of a degree in criminal justice and in her work as a state correction officer. Although recently they often worked opposite schedules, they found time for sharing a meal from Christina’s favorite Mexican restaurant, doing a puzzle together, or watching a crime show on television.

Christina will be remembered for her curiosity, creative skills, and sense of humor. She would research historical sites as part of planning for an adventure or dig into the background of a daily Bible verse. She painted custom designs on Vans, tumblers and toy chests. She enjoyed giving gifts that were specifically chosen to delight the receiver. She was known for presenting gifts in never-ending wrapping paper. When she kept her poker face, one knew to brace for one of her practical jokes and boy could they be messy! Then her face would light up with a smile and she’d look at Eddie and give a nod of success, and he’d laugh, and then they’d laugh together.
