Support Edie in Overcoming Debt Crisis

Doing Middle-Man Records has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The people that I've met and the friendships I have gained that span literal decades mean everything to me. However, this has also come with a sizeable amount of debt. I've been paying down this debt over different accounts for years, sometimes settling with the company itself and closing the account and in one other instance, settling before a court appearance.
This month I was left another court summons for the amount of $2000. I have been working day and night raising funds to pay this amount and today when I called to see what my options were I was met with more bad news. This company, who served me for the amount of $2000 owned 2 more accounts and had served me on all 3 of them. I'm not sure why I have not received the other summons yet (the person on the phone says I most assuredly will shortly) but this is no longer an amount I can manage to come up with selling records for $5 each.
The last few years have been extremely hard for me and my family. We've been through an eviction and have a child who had to have a life-saving transplant surgery as well as dealing with an ongoing pandemic. It's been hard to continue working off this debt and now it has caught up with me. It breaks my heart to ask for anything with everything that's going on in the world but I just can't keep going under the shadow of all this. Thank you all so much for everything. Much love.
