Support Elena's Recovery and School Journey

Elena was ridding her bike in Menifee, CA last night at approximately 630 pm when she was struck by a car. She was rushed to the hospital and thankfully no evidence of brain injury she does have a broken tibia that required surgery today 10/21/24. This surgery is putting a rod in her leg. She has a long road to recovery.

To top this all off that bike was her only means of transportation to school. There is no bus service - no school bus or city bus - to get her to school while her single mom works. The family is now faced with the huge dilemma of how she will even be able to return to school. No bike and a broken leg.

Amity is a single mom of 5 who works hard to provide for her kids. Today she used her last 8 hours of PTO to be at her daughter’s bedside through this traumatic ordeal.

The immediate needs are money to cover out of pocket expenses and missed work. Insurance claims take a long while to process. There’s mortgage to pay, food to buy and care for her other children. Please consider helping - Sharing- prayers. They need it all!
