Support Emery Jane's Medical Journey

Hello everyone,
As most of you know, Mercedes and I welcomed our 3rd beautiful baby girl on April 18th. Emery Jane was born at about 4pm after a challenging 38-week pregnancy. Emery was diagnosed in the womb with CPAM (Congenital Pulmonary Adenomatoid Malformation), essentially just a cluster of cysts on her left lung. Mercedes and I were on a strict schedule of every other week trip to Orlando for a high-risk appointment. Everything went fairly well given the issue at hand. However, after Emery's birth, it was confirmed that she had a Neurobastloma tumor at the base of her left lung.
Emery is scheduled to have surgery to have this tumor (to include the lower portion of her lung)removed the first week of November. We are regrettably asking for a little help as Mercedes has used up her FMLA and I did not qualify for mine being new to my current job. We have exhausted all of our PTO throughout the doctor appointments and her birth. If you are in any way, shape, or form able to help, we greatly and truly do appreciate every little bit. We wanted to start a little early so we can start planning our stay in Orlando as well as gas for me driving the girls back to Daytona each day for school as well as getting to whatever games my 2nd family A1 provides for me!
Thank you,
