Support Emmalee's Journey to Recovery

On the evening of December 29th, Emmalee first told us that she had a headache. After roughly a week went by, on the evening of January 4th or 5th, after complaining about headaches still, we went to Johnson Memorial Hospital in Somers, CT. After a CT scan, my wife and I knew we were in for a long road ahead. There was a tumor behind her right ear. After a lot of nights crying and dealing with the stress, we finally got a surgery date for today, 1/21/24, which went much better than expected. We will be using money for help on medical expenses and traveling back and forth to Boston over the next 14 days until she returns closer to home near Hartford.
