It is with profound sadness that we share the heartbreaking news of Epson Bhatta’s passing. Originally from Gorkha, Nepal, Epson came to the United States last year on an F1 visa to pursue his academic dreams. Tragically, he was involved in a devastating accident on March 22 in San Marcos, Texas, which resulted in a severe brain injury. Despite the best medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.

Epson, only 19 years old, was a kind, ambitious, and hardworking individual who touched the lives of many with his warm personality and dedication. His untimely loss has left his family and loved ones in unimaginable grief, compounded by the financial burden of funeral expenses and the challenges of repatriating him to Nepal.

This fundraiser, organized by NRNA NCC USA, Texas Chapter, along with his friends, seeks to provide financial assistance to cover Epson’s funeral costs and support his family as they navigate this devastating time.
