Hello, my name is Jackie and I am Erica Veloso’s first cousin.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the loss of our beloved worrier, mother, wife, daughter, cousin and friends to many. She was a kind, loving, and devoted person whose sudden passing has left a deep void in our hearts.

On April 15, 2025, our hearts were shattered as we said goodbye to Erica, a devoted wife, a loving mother of two beautiful children, and a fiercely brave soul who battled cancer with unmatched strength and grace for five years.

Throughout her fight, Erica never gave up. She faced every challenge with courage, always thinking of her family first. She was the heart of her home — a source of warmth, love, laughter, and unwavering support. Her husband, and children were her world, and she gave them everything she had, even in the hardest moments.

Now, in the wake of this tremendous loss, we are reaching out to friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers to help lift some of the financial burden left behind. Funeral costs, medical bills, and the continued care and stability for her children are just a few of the challenges her family is facing in this painful time.
