Support Erin and her family as she recovers

Erin Mathys suffered a stroke on Monday, January 22nd. As a beloved mom, wife, volunteer, aunt, homesteader and baker, Erin is the glue that keeps her family and little farm going. She has dedicated her life to supporting her special needs son, bright and beautiful daughter, and building their homestead.

While we don't know what the future will bring as Erin recovers from this life altering event, we do know that she will need significant care and support for the long and short term to recover from this. Her husband is self-employed and will likely need to be out of work for some time to support her and their family.
