Support Erin's Recovery from Altadena Fire

Hello Everyone,

I'm organizing this GoFundMe on behalf of Erin Berkowitz, an Altadena community member who has lost everything in the Eaton Canyon Fire that's currently tearing through Altadena. Erin is an artist and outdoor educator who makes her living teaching about natural dyes and local ecology—her greatest passions, which she shares lovingly with her community. She is a caring and loyal friend and daughter, and a dedicated steward to the lands being affected by these fires.

In losing her home, she has sadly lost her work studio, the entire sales inventory for her business, and all her carefully curated and foraged materials she needs for teaching and making more art. She will need help during this time as she gets her business back up and running so that she can make a living doing what she’s so passionate about
