Support Escape Bar & Grill After Vandalism

Hey Folks! My name is James, but some folks may know me as the Drag Host and Comedian, Savannah O Bennington. Today, I am saddened to report that my Home Bar, Escape Bar & Grill, one of Portland's most inclusive LGBTQIA+ Safe Spaces, has been vandalized. Just before Halloween, the outside area had items stolen, and what wasn't stolen was destroyed or lit on fire.

Folks, this bar has been through so much just to stay open. Escape has survived the pandemic and multiple break-ins and robberies. But each of these incidents has caused significant financial distress. The owners have done everything in their power to keep the bar open and keep it safe, but they cannot afford to keep this area open, warm, and operational without the aid of our community. PLEASE, if you can donate anything, please help us give back to our INCREDIBLE venue.
