Support Estella Amos Grant Saunders family to get answers.

Hi my name is Deshawn Grant. My mother Estella Amos Grant Saunders is currently on life support at spectrum health in the ICU. She's was declared brain dead and they say surgery would be too risky and that there is not more they can do. She came in for supposed cardiac arrest. Mind you my mother did have health issues but some things just aren't sitting well with me about how all this happened. The story I got: She had a headache and was given something for her pain and laid down. Her husband noticed a little while later that she was had blood coming from her mouth and called the EMTs. They get there and she didn't have a pulse get there and she didn't have a pulse and performed CPR and got her heart beating again and rush her here. The doctors performed tests and scans and found that she had swelling in her brain and a large amount of blood in her brain as well. Now, along with the new blood there was also old blood that shouldn't be there according to doctors. They say the blood there is consistent with being a few days to a week old and also is consistent with a head injury of some sort. Doctors asked her husband did she fall or bump her head recently which he said no which is odd to me. NOT SAYING HE DID SOMETHING. Just seems odd that the old blood is there. She also had two surgeries set for this month. One on her asaphagus and another to get her teeth pulled. Now the last time I spoke to my mother was on Friday the first of this month and she was out of it sounding disoriented and that's the day she started new antibiotics prescribed by the dentist for an infection in her mouth. She is also on blood thinners for blood clots. The thing is the blood thinner meds and the antibiotics can have serious negative effects when taken simultaneously. And lastly her INR levels that show how thin her blood is was at an 8 at the time of her coming in which the doctor said would take some days to get high. Her INR tests previously has never shown it being an 8. EVER. The highest they say it's ever been from looking at her medical history was a 4. Now I just have a lot of unanswered questions. Mainly about the old blood that was found in her brain and why her blood levels spiked to an 8 in such a short amount of time. And the only way my family can get these answer is through an autopsy. Which Is very expensive. And WE need answers. This woman was the most beautiful spirit you could ever imagine. She was sooooooo peaceful, loving and forgiving it was to a fault. There is not enough kind words in the dictionary to describe her. Now if this is a case of medical malpractice or anything else than she deserves to have someone fight for her and get the answers she deserves because she can't. Now we need answers!!! I need answers!!!! And we need HELP for my mother. She is a donor and asked to be cremated but we can't find out what could of possibly been the cause of this without an autopsy. Just imagine if it was your mother. We just need the answers. So please please please to anyone that can help, please do what you can. PLEASE HELP!!!
