Support Ethan Chavez's Medical Legal Battle

Anthony "Ethan" Chavez was falsely arrested in July over a situation that should have been handled as a severe medical condition. Instead, he was tased twice, arrested, and placed in the Tangipahoa Parish Prison in Amite, Louisiana, where he is being held without bond, awaiting trial for something that should have been handled as a medical emergency and not a criminal offense.

It's taken me almost a month to find an attorney versed enough to handle a medical defense that gives us the confidence that Ethan will receive the legal representation he needs to clear this wrongful detainment.

For the first time, I have to go to a charity food bank to have enough food to eat.

I have to evaluate every dollar I spend to see if it can be used for his legal/medical needs. Any amount you might be able to donate would make a huge difference in our lives. This past year has been the worst year ever in my 66 years and also the worst in Ethan and my 12-year-long partnership.
