Support Ethan in Honoring Sherry's Legacy

On behalf of Ethan Matias, and with a heavy heart, I announce that Sherry Matias passed away on June 29th, 2024. After the unfortunate passing of Erin Matias, Sherry's daughter and Ethan's sister, less than two years ago, we look to support Ethan during this difficult time. Sherry served as an RN in the PIH Health Family for almost 29 years. She was a nurse in multiple specialties across PIH Health including, G.I. Lab, Psych, and most recently as House Supervisor. As a mentor, nurse, and friend, Sherry helped and impacted so many people around her. Her good will towards people moved through her children Erin and Ethan. Erin served as a clerk in Acute Rehab and Ethan continues to serve in Radiology as a Tech Assistant at PIH Health. During this time, we look to come together for Ethan supportively, and to help with unexpected expenses related to services for Sherry.
