Support Eva in Clearing Predatory Debt

Hello, my name is Eva Woolridge and am dealing with a hard time that I want to move past. Last year, I became unable to pay off my Capital One credit card due to multiple financial struggles especially in relation to my mother's worsening health's complications and her death.

I attempted to ask for cooperation from Capital One on a payment plan that was affordable enough to deal with but they refused to even attempt to try and sold the debt to a predatory debt collector known as Hunt & Henriques. I have read the horror stories about this debt collector company and as of September, they sent me a letter as a part of their attempt to collect the debt from me.

The very thing I want to avoid is being ordered to court and forced to have my wages garnished by these people so I am looking at my options. I am doing things on my end but I need help and have made this gofundme campaign as a part of that help.

My only job is as a caregiver for my autistic older brother Jamie. If you have anything to give including even a dollar, please help me pay off this horrible credit card debt. The goal you see will account for the debt and any legal fees H&H may attempt to put on me in the near future because I have no trust in this company. If possible, I want to pay off this debt with everyone's help by the end of this year. To be honest however, I want to pay off the debt as soon as possible so this can be behind me.
