Update #1 on Evan’s Recovery and Upcoming Surgery

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We wanted to give you all an important update on Evan's condition. He visited the orthopedic surgeon today, and after a thorough evaluation, it has been determined that he will need surgery tomorrow afternoon to repair his broken collarbone. Additionally, he has bruised ribs, which will require time to heal, but thankfully, those injuries are less severe.

As you can imagine, the cost of the surgery is significant—around $24,000—and we are currently exploring different options to help cover these expenses. Your generosity has already helped us tremendously, and we’re beyond grateful for the support we’ve received so far.

Hey, my name is Brittany and I’m reaching out to ask for your help on behalf of my brother, Evan. Yesterday evening, he was involved in a dirt bike accident that has left him with some minor and not so minor injuries. He broke his collar bone (displaced fracture - as you can see in the picture), he scraped up his face, his ribs are bruised and he's overall incredibly sore. Unfortunately, due to not having insurance, he is facing some pretty large medical bills and the likelihood of needing surgery to fully recover. He's already had to put $1000 down to visit the orthopedic specialist today, not to mention the ER visit last night.

We all know Evan is a hard-working, hilarious, loving person who always goes out of his way to help others. Now, he’s in a tough spot and needs all the support we can offer. With possible surgery and medical care ahead of him, the financial burden is overwhelming. He’s also facing a long recovery period where he won’t be able to work, further adding to the strain.

We’re asking for donations to help cover his medical expenses, surgery costs, and to support his recovery.
