Support Expenses for Aneurysm- Panganoron Family

Donation protected
Hi, it's Chris and Merrey writing on behalf of Felina Panganoron. We are writing to help raise funds for her medical expenses after she suffered an unexpected and almost fatal brain aneurysm. Please read the story and information below from Felina's daughter, Disney, and please give any small (or large) amount that you can to assist with Felina's current and ongoing medical expenses. Thank you!

From Disney:
Early on the morning of July 26, 2021, (the day after my mother’s birthday) my mother, Felina Panganoron had a severe headache. She asked for her medication thinking it was due to her high blood. Seconds later, she fainted. Because my mother was unconscious, my father tried to revive her by chest compressions. When the rescue arrived, we immediately rushed her to the hospital. My mother’s CT scan showed that she had a blood clot. And the angiogram result reveals that she had an aneurysm and needed a brain operation by clipping procedure. We were shaken up. We didn’t know what to do. We were not even familiar what aneurism is.

No one in the family, even my mother herself, knew that she had an aneurysm. It was a shock and heart wrenching news for us. There were no symptoms whatsoever, only the severe headache she felt on the day of the attack. Since the risk of it rupturing far outweighed the risk of operating, my family decided to go for operation.
After 1 week in the hospital, my mother was scheduled for the operation. Unfortunately, when her skull was opened, a nerve in her brain ruptured and worst her brain was swelling. The doctors did not push the operation because doing so could be fatal. My mother was advised to sleep for 3-5 days letting her brain to rest. It took another 2 weeks and 2 days for her to recover and was ready for another operation. On Wednesday, August 18, 2021 she survived that risky operation.

My mother was in the hospital for 4 weeks and she is still in the recovery period. According to the doctor, she’s not fully conscious, her body is weak, and she cannot move her right body parts. Sadly, pneumonia complicated her recovery.

Now my family is continuously praying for my mother’s healing and fast recovery. I know it’s going to take some time for my mother to fully recover. Our family has resourced all our funds but still in great need for the welfare of our mother. We are begging from your kindest heart for financial/medical assistance for her medicines, doctor’s fee, hospital bill, and medical equipment to be used when she continues her recovery at home. I hope you may extend your generosity to my mother who is struggling to live. We will forever honor and be indebted from your kindness. Thank you very much and may God bless you more.
