Support Families Advocating for Children's Rights

Children are often overlooked by family courts, school districts, and other entities meant to safeguard them. Parents exhaust their savings on attorneys, hoping for advocacy, only to face disappointment. As funds dwindle, these families seek help wherever possible, sometimes feeling hopeless.

Despite challenges, many families persist in fighting for their children's education and welfare. They reach out to me, and I assist them in navigating resources to protect their offspring. I represent these families before school boards, at counseling centers when services fall short, and through court monitoring, attending hearings in person and via Zoom to support and educate parents about legal processes.

Advocating for children and families has consequences. I've faced attempts by unscrupulous judges and lawyers to silence my efforts, including fraudulent subpoenas and unwarranted arrests. Yet, I willingly endure jail to defend the rights of children. The financial repercussions of such retaliation are significant.
