Support families in San Carlos impacted by the Watch Fire

Tax deductible
The San Carlos Apache Tribe has declared a state of emergency and is requesting disaster assistance from state and federal governments, as the Watch Fire continues to burn. According to tribal officials, as of July 15 at least 13 homes have been destroyed, and 75 people are left homeless. More than 400 people were evacuated.

A fellow non-profit on the reservation has connections straight to the impacted families and tells us that they are in need of gift cards so they can pay for gas, transportation, and shelter. Regenerating Sonora plans to buy visa gift cards and get them up to San Carlos by Wednesday. If you're moved to help our neighbors, please donate to this cause so together we can directly help these families in need.
