Support family with the loss of Corey Shearer

Hi, my name is Jessica Jordan. I never thought I would write a request for help related to losing my nephew, Corey Shearer, the son of Crystal and Rick Shearer, but here I am. Everyone knows that receiving a phone call in the middle of the night will never be good news. Unfortunately, at 4:00 a.m., my husband Danny Jordan and I received a phone call from my mom. She was crying and could hardly breathe. She said, "Corey was shot, and he died." The words didn't seem real but also seemed so final. Corey will be loved and forever missed. He was a big brother to three little sisters. He loved and protected them. He was the first grandson and great-grandson of a family full of girls. He was caring, thoughtful, made messes all over the house, and was full of life and laughter. He had so many dreams that we all hoped he would accomplish. His life was cut short at just 20 years old. His family is left with trying to accept this and move forward with a life without him. I am asking for help to support my sister and her family during this time. It is unnatural to bury a child, and I wish to alleviate some stress. I want them to be able to spend time with their other children and support and love each other through this tragic time with lessened financial worries.
