Who Am I?

Hello, my name is Farouq Mousa. I am a 35-year-old father, devoted to my wife and our wonderful 2-year-old son. My family is my world, and every moment I spend with them is precious.

My Challenge

In October 2023, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with an Acoustic Neuroma—a non-cancerous brain tumor that is life-threatening if left untreated. After thorough consultations, doctors have recommended immediate specialized surgery at the Department of Neurosurgery at Tübingen University Hospital in Germany, well known for their expertise in such medical cases.

What I Need

The cost of the surgery is €39,790. Unfortunately, this is a sum that I cannot afford on my own. This is why I am turning to you to help me raise these funds.

Why It's Urgent

My surgeons have advised that the surgery be performed no later than this summer (July-September 2024) to prevent severe complications and to ensure I can continue to lead a normal life. The clock is ticking, and every moment counts.
