Support Felicia Chapman's Medical Recovery

My dear Sister in Christ and Best friend, Felicia Chapman (pictured), is truly in need of assistance financially. This is a difficult but necessary ask.

Felicia is a dedicated worker. She has taken care of so many, often going above and beyond to care for those who could not care for themselves. I have Felicia's permission to share the following information. Felicia is dealing with Congestive heart failure and type 2 diabetes. She is unable to walk without a walker and her legs get numb, weak and at times give out on her. She had a blood clot in her lung; cysts on her overies and a mass on her spleen. She is dealing with a bulging disk in her lower back. She is currently in a rehabilitation center working on getting stronger. However, she may have to leave the rehabilitation center because her insurance is advising they are unable to cover the few more weeks she needs.

She will have to return home with limited mobility and no equipment at home to assist her.

If she is sent home, it may be for a short time and due to the possibility she may not be able to pay rent next month. She is grateful for the generosity of her congregation. She was able to pay rent for the month of July. Felicia has always been able to pay her rent and other bills. This is truly difficult for her.

Due to medical issues, her funds have been depleted.

She has no more time to use on her job and because of a paperwork issue, her disability (no fault of her own) will take several more weeks.

Felicia is faithful and a hard worker, she is doing her absolute best. Her daughter, myself, and those close to her know the urgency of this situation. We are doing all we can to assist and we pray that you can help her in any amount. Thank you for your consideration.
