My name is Trevor Trantow, a filmmaker originally from Wisconsin, now located in Atlanta, GA.

My goal is to showcase the high-caliber talent of the indie filmmaking scene in Atlanta by telling a bizarre and unsettling story, inspired by true events.

Logline: Two strangers with very...specific fantasies meet in a dark corner of the internet. When they finally meet in person, they explore their fantasy of consuming and being consumed.

The story revolves around a quiet, reclusive man who we call THE EATER, who discovers another man online claiming his ultimate fantasy is to be consumed by someone. When THE EATER invites this man, THE MEAL, to his home, they get to know each other and play with this fantasy together. How far will they actually take things?

Our goal is to explore this story in a unique and compelling short film.

We filmmakers do a lot of favors for each other—volunteering work and gear, donating our time, etc.—but it's not always easy to bring everyone together for a passion project. So, I aim to pay everyone who steps on set an amount that they deserve, especially considering how slow the industry has been in recent months/years.

That said, we do not have any major financial or studio backing, so anything you can donate will go a long way.

The more we get, the more we can put towards gear rentals, bringing on more crew members, and creating higher quality special effects (of which there are not many, but they are important).

Anything not raised in this campaign will be paid out-of-pocket by the Director and his impossibly supportive wife.

All donations will go to paying crew members first, as well as for purchasing props & wardrobe, and additional gear rentals. Any remaining funds will go towards paying any post-production crew - specifically a colorist and composer - and possibly festival submissions.
