Support Fiona Cleveland's Gender Confirming Surgery

Hi there. My name is Fiona Cleveland. I am a married parent of two special needs toddlers and with my spouse being a full time stay at home parent, I am the sole income earner for our family. I am also a trans rights activist. I'm active in my community, my union, and my company in advancing inclusivity and diversity for all. Since the beginning of this year I have been fighting for approval for a GCS (gender confirming surgery) that has finally been approved.

To have this procedure, I'll have to take roughly 6 weeks off work if there are no negative outcomes. We're currently trying to purchase our first home and to take that amount of time off with limited to no income would risk any chance we had at purchasing. This is my first time asking anyone for help, and I feel very exposed. But this is a procedure I've been looking forward to for years. Anything helps! Thank you so much.
