Support Fire Victims in Guatemala Village

Hello everyone, as many of you know I have a home in a small village on the Guatemala coast. On March 8, 2025 at approximately 2:30pm a massive fire devastated my neighbors’ homes. Although everyone in the village frantically tried to help save the area, many private homes and businesses were destroyed. My close friends Olivier and Lucy and their 5 year old son Matteo lost everything along as did many of the other local families who live here. They have lost everything including their businesses. Luckily reports are saying no casualties so far, but many are being treated for burns and smoke inhalation. If you can find it in your hearts to donate to help them rebuild, they would be forever grateful. I will be going down next Friday as well if anyone would like to make a donation of clothes, toiletries or personal items to support them. For complete transparency: This fundraiser benefits a non-for profit that is experienced in providing emergency relief and they have agreed to earmark these funds for this emergency. They will assess and make determinations as to where the funds are needed. I will not be involved in the determination process
