Melissa Stevens

On Monday, June 18 2018, Melissa May Stevens passed away suddenly of an unknown cardiac event at 36 years old. She had 3 children, Angelina, Keenan, and Isabella.  She was a pillar of light in her community and had a large circle of family and friends who are devastated by this sudden loss. She was active in her local politics and was driven to promote social change to make this world a better place, one issue at a time. She loved everybody and had huge heart. She always saw the best in people and strived to make everyone in her presence feel loved and appreciated. There wasn't a mean bone in her body.  All she wanted was to make a difference in this world. She made it her mission to do so.  She was active in her local theater community and had a beautiful signing voice.  She was a an artist in every sense of the word. She sang, played instuments, danced, and liked to paint and draw.  For those who were lucky enough to have known her, knew she was a beautiful soul and that beauty radiated outward and touched everyone in her life.  Melissa's services will be held on July 1st, 2018 at the Gendron Franco Center, 46 Cedar st. Lewiston ME. There will be a pre-service gathering from 2pm-4pm. The memorial service will start at 4pm, followed by a reception. There will be a cash bar available for those who wish to partake. My sister would want everyone to wear what ever color they like best. So we are asking you not to just wear black unless that's your favorite color. Please share
