Support for Abel D. After the Sudden Loss of His Father
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Community,
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to share the devastating news that Abel Dubanik, a 17-year-old high school senior, full of promise and passion, has suddenly lost his father. This unexpected tragedy has left Abel and his mom heartbroken and facing challenges.
Abel is an exceptional young man who has worked tirelessly both on and off the ice. His father was his biggest supporter and cheerleader, always watching behind the glass from the side of the rink. In addition to his love for hockey, Abel has dreams of pursuing trade school. Now, as he and his family navigate this painful loss, we hope to come together to offer support and ensure that his passions and goals remain within reach.
This fund is being set up to help Abel with hockey expenses and future educational needs. Hockey was not only an outlet for Abel, but a special bond he shared with his dad. Continuing to play this year and following in his footsteps in the trades would be a way to honor his father’s memory and keep that connection alive. The fund will also help provide for any related living expenses so that he can focus on building the future his father would have wanted for him.
Any amount you can give will be deeply appreciated and will go directly toward supporting Abel as he moves forward. Even if you’re unable to donate, sharing this page and keeping Abel your thoughts would mean the world to his family during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
With gratitude,
