A HUSBAND, FATHER, BROTHER, UNCLE, FRIEND HAS SUDDENLY GONE TO MEET THE LORD
On November 17, Anietie (AJ) Ikpang - A loving father and husband , brother, uncle and faithful friend suddenly departed this world without notice. Unfortunately we are here in a position we never thought we would be in. We had to say goodbye sooner than we thought. The entire family is in despair and we wonder where we go now.
AJ or Ete(Mr) Ikpang as he was fondly known by friends was fun loving, hardworking and, provided a sense of belonging and love to everyone who came in contact with him. He touched a lot of lives in his own simple way.
He left behind his loving wife who is still on maternity leave at the moment nursing an 11 month old baby, Uyai - 4 years old who might not remember the father and Etoro - 6 years old , always close to the dad and we are still finding it difficult to explain what has happened to his dad .
My name is Uduak Nkanga-Godwin , a close friend of the wife and Ete Ikpang (as I called him). I am setting up this campaign to provide us as a community, an avenue to speak love and support for the Ikpang's family at this time of irreparable loss and unimaginable pain.
Our financial support will enable the family take care of funeral expenses and take time to focus on grieving .
All donations will be received by his wife. We would like to thank everyone who has been with us, reached out to us, and kept the family in your prayers. If you have any questions please contact me. We would like to give his wife peace of mind during this very difficult time as she is left without her husband and a financial burden.
