Support for Amanda Patterson
Donation protected
Hello, and thank you for visiting this fundraising page for our sister, Amanda Patterson.
Amanda was diagnosed with Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) on January 13th, 2023, at only 33 years old. Unfortunately, it’s a rare, aggressive form of breast cancer that requires aggressive treatment. We remain hopeful, as it was caught early, and testing determined it hasn’t spread.
Her doctors advised starting chemotherapy treatments right away. This past Friday, January 27th, Amanda underwent surgery to have a chemo port placed. She will start her six-month chemo journey on Friday, February 3rd, getting weekly treatments for three months, then once every three weeks for three months. Approximately four weeks after her chemo treatments are complete, Amanda will have mastectomy surgery, along with reconstruction, then possible radiation treatments.
Amanda is a loving, devoted wife, and mother to three beautiful, young children. She’s the best sister and friend anyone could ask for and would do anything she could for anyone! If you know Amanda, I can guarantee you love her and her sweet family! We’re heartbroken she must go through this, but knowing how strong, determined, and hardworking she is, we know she’ll push through and come out even stronger. Thankfully, she has a wonderful husband and a great team of family and friends to support her on her road to recovery!
Our goal is to help Amanda and Scott through this difficult time and allow the focus to be on healing, togetherness, family, and friends, rather than the burden of overwhelming medical bills.
For those that wish to donate, funds raised will go directly to Amanda and Scott, to help with medical expenses and comfort care items.
Your support is appreciated more than you can imagine! Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and even if you don’t donate, sharing is caring!
Thank you,
