Support for Anastasiia and Barbara Bulakhova

Anastasiia and Barbara have suffered a terrible tragedy when their beloved husband and father Alexander Bulakhov was shot and killed in Memphis on November 12, 2023. Anastasiia, Alex and Barbara were out for a walk at the park in Memphis when they were robbed at gunpoint. Alex was shot and died protecting Anastasiia and Barbara. They had just moved to St. Jude Children's Hospital in July for Alex to begin a postdoctoral fellowship there. Anastasiia has not yet started working and will now be supporting Barbara on her own. Please help support them while they are dealing with the loss of Alex. Anastasiia was beloved in the Ryeom lab and the Yan lab while working at Columbia Medical Center. All funds will go to Anastasiia to support her and Barbara while they get on their feet.
