Support for Ann Preischel- Engle

Throughout the past 25 years Ann Preischel-Engle has been a well known and beloved 2nd grade teacher at the GLP School in Eden, N.Y. In addition to providing a joyful, fundamental learning environment to her classroom she has also led multiple other school programs serving as coach of the Girls Varsity Tennis Team, Garden Club Adviser, Camp Invention Director, Peer Teacher-Mentor, and Family Math Game Night/Fall Reading Night Coordinator.
In August Ann was diagnosed with a rare form of cervical cancer which has metastasized to her lymph nodes.
Consequently Ann has been unable to work for the duration of her treatment. She is receiving intense radiation and chemotherapy for the next two months or more, pending results, at Roswell and Sister's Hospital.
At this time I am asking that we all show our love and support not only to Ann and her devoted husband, Jared. Donations will help defray the many costs they are incurring and will continue to incur through the necessary treatments.
