Hello everyone!! We are setting up this fund for our good friend, Anthony “Tone” Jacobs.
Tone has worked at The Outback Steakhouse in Springfield for 28+ years! Between all the trash talk and smiles he has become part of the heart of that restaurant. He is an absolute legend to say the least.
Tone has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of Multiple Sclerosis. He has been putting up a big fight, trying to provide for his family and pushing himself to make it to 30 years. Unfortunately this stubborn disease had other plans and the pain is forcing Tone to put his health first. After many years being apart of this amazing Outback family, Tone needs your help.
Tone was the sole provider for his family, due to his wife being disabled as well and we want to show them some love!! It is our hope that he will be able to collect disability soon, but he has been held hostage due to this disease and the bills are starting to pile up.
