Archie "Shawn" Gilford is currently facing a serious illness and is in critical condition. Shawn has always cherished his home church, having been baptized at a First Baptist Church in Huntsville, Texas, and it has remained close to his heart, regardless of distance. He is a devoted father to five children: Brandy, Kristen, Cameron, Claire, and Carlie, and a proud grandfather to four grandchildren: Zauria, Makenzie, Kaia, and Khalil. A 1987 graduate of Huntsville High School, many of his classmates affectionately remember him as 'Bufford'. Over the years, he often shared stories of 'old times and good friends.' While Shawn has lived a private, simple life, he has consistently shown kindness towards others.

As we face this uncertain journey, our family humbly asks for your support to ensure that Shawn receives the care and dignity he deserves, during this difficult transition.
