Support for Ashley's Sick Heeler Dingo

Hi my name is Ashley jessee. I am not one to ask for help but I don’t know what else I can do. My 9 yr old heeler dingo has been sick since the end of Feb. He has been to the vet several times. The suspect that it’s IBD. He now has to go to a specialist and has to get an ultrasound and possibly a biopsy to see if that’s the case. I need help, everything extra I have has went to his vet visits and medicine. Any little thing will help. I’ve had dingo since he was a yr old, he means the world to me. I hate that we haven’t been able to get him better. I appreciate anyone that is willing to help.
