Support for Atolani Adekola's Funeral Costs

Rest In Peace: Atolani Olumuyiwa Adekola Aged 55 Years (17 May 1969 - 17 August, 2024)

It is indeed with heavy hearts, pains and tears and sorrow mixed with everlasting memories that, I, Adekola Temitayo on behalf of my siblings, dad and family announced the untimely death of our mother, Mrs. Atolani Olumuyiwa Adekola (Nee Awokoya-Mebude) whose death occurred in Pennsylvania, United State of America, on Saturday, August 17th, 2024 after a very brief and sudden illness.

My mother, Tolani, was an active member of Our Saviour Anglican Church, Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria and served as member of the choir and a staunch member of the Anglican Church of Pentecostal, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

We, the children, have decided to bury our mum in the USA after considering various factors and interests involved. More importantly, my two little sisters that lived with my mum till her death in the United States and who are still in college.

The funeral home and the planners estimated the cost of my mum's funeral plus all miscellaneous expenses. It is a huge bill and heavy for the capacity of us - the children.

In view of the this and to pay our respects and send our mum off properly, we the children on behalf of the entire family are creating this Go-Fund to pay for the funeral, burial, and headstones costs of her body.
