Support for Baby John After Tragic Loss

On June 18, 2024, what my family thought was a cry for help, turned into a tragedy within minutes. Around 2:30 p.m., John made a phone call to 911 stating that he was experiencing another mental episode and had been off his medication. At that time the police arrived, he was brutally shot six times while his son was in the house. The police were supposed to come and help him. They were supposed to protect him, and they did the exact opposite. Even though John had mental issues, that did not stop him from loving, adoring, and caring for his one and only son. Baby John who is autistic, will now be left without his father. Baby John's mother who has heart failure will now be left to raise him all on her own.
