Support for Baby Richard

This page has been established to provide financial support for Nathan and Alec Erno as their 1 month old son is receiving medical treatment following the diagnosis of SCID. SCID is Severe Combined Immunodeficiency which means that baby Richard has no immune system to fight off any kind of infection. Baby Richard was admitted to the hospital at 1 week old in Iowa and is now awaiting transport to Phoenix, Arizona where he will be undergoing a bone marrow transplant. The transplant process will take at least 2 months, during which time the bone marrow will rebuild his immune system.

As baby Richard continues to receive the life saving medical care required for treatment the collected funds will help ease the financial burden of medical bills, time off work, groceries, hotels, transportation, etc.
