Support for Baby's CDH Treatment Journey

I am about to become a mother of two! Unfortunately, our second child has been diagnosed with CDH and is being transferred to Columbia Children’s Hospital for better care. We have to do a lot of traveling and may be in the city for a couple months. Please help us raise money to give our baby girl the best care.
