SUPPORT FOR BASIL MAGGARDS STOLEN TOOLS

*UPDATE*

I just want to say on behalf of Basil Maggard and I.... We are blown away and truly humbled by the donations gifted to us for basil's tools to be replaced. We never imagined we would receive so much help. We were very reluctant to open a go fund me, just because we have never asked for help like that.... but once again.... just so blessed and humbled and greatful to everyone who donated, shared, prayed, or reached out to us with kind words and support for us and our unfortunate situation. God is so good and he really had a plan for showing his grace through a bad experience.

As for updates:

Basil's trailer is being repaired this or next week

He is back to work and has all the tools he needs for the current project he's on and will be buying more as his trailer is repaired. 

We have a few leads on the Potential thieves who stole it in the 1st place.

The Mcminnville Police Department have been very helpful and seem to have a handle on the investigation and know of the leads and seem to really want to solve the case for us and bring some justice. Special thanks to our friend PJ Morrissey who has been a big help apart of the squad

Hey guys, Emily Maggard here...

Most of you now know that this morning at around 3:15am, Basil's work trailer was stolen from our home. The police were able to recover his trailer out on Moore's Valley road in Yamhill. But it is damaged and completely stripped of close to $30,000 worth of tools... Unfortunately our insurance won't be paying for any of it.

If you know us and especially know Basil, Then you know we are not the kind of people to ever ask for money or help even when we need it.

We've had a lot of people reach out asking to make a gGoFundMe.

Basil would never make one himself-

But Basil is the sole provider for our 3 kids and myself. He's the kindest, most giving, most positive, wonderful man. And for this to have happened days before Christmas, When we were already struggling financially, he is devastated and It's just really too big for us to handle ourselves.

No matter what is donated or not, we will find a way past this. But anybody who has been wanting to help- we are so thankful from the bottom of our hearts. We never imagined something like this happening, But we are overwhelmed by the support and love we have already been shown and appreciate it so much.
