Support for Battery Park Vendor Family

Donation protected
On the afternoon of Sunday, June 2nd, NYC Parks Enforcement Patrol and the NYPD aggressively targeted a street vendor family in Battery Park. At this time, the family asks for privacy as they recover from the trauma of the day’s events. The Street Vendor Project is supporting the street vendor family and connecting them to the appropriate legal resources.

All funds raised go directly to the street vendor family to help pay for materials the Parks Department crushed including their fruit cart, earnings & a days worth of fresh fruit, as well as recover wages from days unable to work. Thank you to everyone who has been speaking out in support.
