Beaulieu Family / Stephen’s Recovery

Donation protected
We are friends of the Beaulieu family of Hampstead, NH asking for support to help his family with medical expenses and lost income while he recovers from a serious cardiac event that put him in a coma.

Stephen Beaulieu collapsed unexpectedly in his home on Friday May 31st 2019.   He was in cardiac arrest.   His wife Myriah started CPR right away and when the paramedics arrived, they were able to restore his heartbeat with a defibrillator.

He was transported to Parkland Hospital ER where he was intubated and spent several days in a medically induced coma   Doctors used a procedure called therapeutic hypothermia to help improve his outcomes.     His body was “iced” to help slow the production of toxins.

He has since been taken off the ventilator and is making gains each day.    He was transferred to Catholic Medical Center in Manchester where he will be under the care of cardiology.      He will continue to undergo further diagnostic testing and procedures.

Stephen is originally from Buxton, ME.  He raised his family in Epsom NH before moving to Hampstead two years ago.    He has been actively involved in youth sports, coaching his boy’s baseball and soccer teams.  He served as President of Suncook Valley Baseball League, Commissioner of Baseball for Epsom Youth Athletic Association and Baseball Coach for Epsom Central School.   He currently works at Raytheon in Woburn MA.

Myriah, Stephen, and their three beautiful children (Reilly, Phoenix and Lazlo) are hopeful and very grateful for the care and support they have received.    Please consider helping his road to recovery if you can.
