Support for Ben & Rekha

On 15th August 2024 Ben Douglas was injured in an accident whilst working on a lift, causing significant injuries that required emergency aid and surgery to save his life.

Although Ben has made miraculous progress in hospital so far, this incident has uprooted the lives of his family, especially his wife Rekha and their two boys, and there is a long road to recovery ahead.

This page aims to support them by raising funds to provide an opportunity for a trip/experience to celebrate a milestone in Ben's recovery or a break for Rekha who is relentlessly positive in caring for Ben and her boys, or to cover unforeseen expenses however they see fit.

They hugely appreciate all the support received now and in future, while they endure this emotional and exhausting journey towards their adjusted normality.
