Support for Beuxy and the Hogan family

I am creating this fundraiser for my sister Tessa, her daughter Beuxy and their family.

For those who don't know, my niece was taken to the LRH by ambulance on Mother's Day, as she was found unresponsive and having a seizure. She was rushed to the hospital and was placed on life support as she was not breathing on her own. She had multiple seizures and the hospital made the decision to transport her to Calgary Children's Hospital by Stars air ambulance.

Beuxy has since stabilized, woken up and is breathing on her own. She is slowly improving but is still in the hospital and has a bit of a journey ahead of her still. They are doing continuous testing, trying to determine what happened and the cause. She has had some muscle deterioration and some kidney function impairment (diagnosed with Rhabdomyolysis) but they are taking excellent care of her and this should improve with time.

Her mom, Tessa has been in Calgary with her and will continue to do so. However, due to this, she is not working and usually works full time +. Add to that the cost of staying in another city, eating and everything else that comes with a situation like this. I am also taking into consideration the fact there will most likely be future appointments, follow ups and more that will incure more costs.

If you are able to help in any way, I know they would be extremely grateful. It is a stressful time and anything we can do to ease the stress would mean so much to her family.
