Support Brave Woman Battling Abuse & Fighting for Home

Hello,

I am raising money for a woman who was abused by a male member of her family in the same week that her mother died. She spent a lot of money getting an autopsy for her mother ($5,000+), to make sure that her mother did not die from the same abuse. She had to do this because police do not perform autopsies on individuals who go on hospice.

The abusive male is also fighting with her in court to take away her home since she is speaking up about the abuse. So far, we have been able to discredit several members of her family, catch perjury while they are testifying on the stand, and get ahold of police bodycam footage, etc.

We are busy gathering evidence against a few individuals in her family who also participated in other forms of abuse. Here is one example: the abused woman's sister-in-law is egging on a lot of the abuse, harassment and stalking in order to get inheritance from this woman's family and push the abused woman out of her own family. So the abused woman's cruel sister-in-law harassed the abused woman and called into her cell phone provider, asking for her phones to be shut down. We are getting ahold of this evidence from the cell phone provider to go after the woman who was participating in this brutal harassment of cutting the abused woman's phone lines, which were in her own name and which she was paying for.

So we are raising money for the abused woman and her:

1) legal fees to handle the abusive and fraudulent cases that the male abuser filed

2) legal fees for her to file a lawsuit for assault, battery, stalking, fraud, etc. (for him to pay for surgery since he injured her knee)

3) storage and moving costs if she is required to move out of her home (we also need someone to get a storage unit for her so she can qualify for the $1 for first month of storage)

4) money for her to get a hotel or another place to live

5) small care-taking fees for her 2 small pets, if she cannot live in a hotel or new place and needs to live on someone's couch or sleep in her car because she does not have enough money for a hotel or new place

6) knee surgery if she is unable to make the male abuser pay for it

We also need people to help her with

1) moving (if she is required to move) and getting a storage unit (hopefully with the $1 first month deal)

2) finding a new place or hotel

3) simple tasks handling court paperwork (no experience is needed in the legal field)

We have goals of raising $5,000 initially and want to raise at least $25,000+
