Support for Caleb's Recovery

Today, 4/6/22, Caleb was in a terrible accident at work where he was severely burned from the waist up. From what we know, he was filling the equipment he operates with fuel and it caught fire and he was engulfed from the waist up. Sabrina got the phone call while she was with my mom, taking her to/from chemo, and she was over 6 hours away at the time.

Caleb was transported to a burn center in Chapel Hill, NC, 2 hours away from their camper where he lives while working. My Aunt Sabrina, their son Josh, and Caleb's mom Jenny are all on their way to him as I type this. The doctor has touched base with Sabrina several times on their way and said in the most recent update that there are a few areas of concerns on Caleb's body that they think may be 3rd degree burns. He told her to get ready, that he had a long road and would probably be at the center for months to treat the severity of the burns. With that being said, they are going to need some support. Caleb was their only source of income for their family and my aunt will not leave him as he is treated, as she shouldn't have to. I am hoping that our community of family and friends can come together and offer what they can in order to get them through this difficult time. Anything is appreciated and will help the family with whatever they may need in the coming months including food and expenses. I appreciate every prayer and donation and I know they will too.
