Carson Crimeni Memorial Fund

On August 7, 2019, fourteen-year-old Carson Crimeni passed away unexpectedly following an incident at the Walnut Grove Skate Park.

Carson was a loving, energetic and happy high school student. He enjoyed playing hockey, video games and hanging out with friends and family. He was charismatic and made an unforgettable impression on all those he met with. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and community.

Carson’s passing is a tragedy that no family should have to endure.  Many of you may have seen the numerous news articles which have emerged which provide some information about Carson’s last hours. While the circumstances surrounding his death are still being investigated, it is not clear whether this tragedy could have been avoided. It is heartbreaking to learn that Carson may have been visibly suffering while people taunted, filmed and photographed him- instead of calling for help.

I have known the Crimeni family for over 20 years. They are a loving, giving and kind family. The type of people who would give you the shirt off their back and ask for nothing in return. With all of the emotional pain and suffering that a death brings, it also brings financial burden. I know the family can use assistance at this time. As such, I have created this GoFundMe page so that we, as a community, can help to support the Crimeni family and help cover funeral costs.

Thank you very much in advance for your support and contributions.
