With profound sadness, our dear friend Carson James Holt recently passed away. Carson always had a way of making people laugh with his witty one-liners. Many of you may have known him from playing Counter-Strike: Source as "classified." Maybe you participated in a zomblerz +} mIRC raid, played a random ESEA pug with him, stayed up late on a weeknight to play in a 10-man with him, played in a match against him on LAN or online, or even had the honor of being his teammate. Behind the great Counter-Strike player we all knew and loved was a strong, intelligent, and humble man who worked hard to make a better life for himself and his mother.

During this difficult time, we, as a community, want to come together to support Carson's mother, Kathy, who now faces not only the heartbreak of losing her son but also the unexpected financial burden that comes with losing a son who supported her. Your support is a crucial part of this collective effort.

Donations will go directly to Carson's mother to cover any final expenses, help her navigate living expenses, and provide a cushion of support while she grieves.
