Support Casey & Caden After Losing Our Mom Cate Miller.

My name is Casey Miller. My little brother, Caden Miller, and I lost our mother, Catherine Miller (Cate/Cathy), unexpectedly on October 22nd, 2024, at the age of 59 years old (she would have been 60 next month). Our mom was a kind, caring woman who was always there for her family and friends when they needed someone. She was the life of the party and made friends wherever she went. Never would I have imagined that at 30 years old and 21 years old, we would have already lost both of our parents and all in the month of October, having lost my dad (Arby Thompson) when I was 15 and Caden's dad (Jeremy Yunker) when he was 18.

As some of you would know, like our mother, we really do not like asking for help in a time of need, so this has been difficult for us in many ways. My mom did not have any arrangements made if she were to pass, and she has been on disability for many years, so there are limited funds available. Combined with the cost of her debt, cremation, memorial, and cost of probate, we are quite overwhelmed. We will have to hire a lawyer to go through probate court to settle any debts and obtain her home hopefully without difficulty, where my brother lived with her and plans to stay. Any donations will go toward these costs as well as getting my brother settled living without her.

Although my mom and I had a difficult relationship growing up, she has always been there for me when I needed her. I don't know what I'm going to do without her. I have never been the most affectionate person, and I regret not saying it more. Although I know you know it, I love you, Mom!
