Support for Chicago Dad's Recovery Journey

Hello, I’m a 32-year-old man from Chicago that was involved in a accident while on my bike. After going to the hospital, I was told I have a broken collarbone and will need surgery to fix it. I’m very scared because I have a 13-month-old son and a girlfriend that depend on me to take care of them financially and I can’t do that with my injuries because my recovery time will be a minimum of 6 weeks.

So, with that being said, I will need a little help to pay my bills, such as my rent, groceries, and etc. I’m not asking for much because I plan on getting back to work as soon as possible.
