Support for the Childers Family

With the sudden unexpected passing of Dr. Charles Childers, the Childers family is in need of our support. Though Dr. Childers had a successful first career as a chiropractor, he opted to return to four years of medical school and complete three years of residency to further his education and be able to provide the most comprehensive high level care for his patients. Medical school and residency comes at significant cost to an individual and their family but the Childers family took on this new adventure to support Charles with his ambitions. He had accomplished his goal of completing residency in occupational and environmental medicine in June, 2023. After no less than five moves for his medical training some of which required the family to live in separate states, Charles was thrilled to relocate Maria, Robert and Charlotte with him to Gig Harbor, Washington where he started his first Attending Physician job with Concentra last fall. He chose the Pacific Northwest to be close to his oldest son, Charlie, daughter-in-law Candace and adored granddaughter. His time here was unfortunately much too short. We are raising funds to help the Childers family through this transition.
