Support for Christian Hart's Family
Donation protected
On June 2, 2024, while leaving a party early Sunday morning, Christian Hart and friends became victims in a tragic shooting in downtown LA. Christian was taken to a nearby hospital where he spent several days in the ICU before succumbing to his injuries on June 6, 2024. His parents, grandparents, and siblings were there alongside him during his tragic demise.
Christian Hart was a joyful young man with an incredible sense of humor and the most beautiful smile. He lived in Santa Clarita and attended Golden Valley High School. A loving son, brother, grandson, friend, nephew, and beloved cousin, he had tons of friends and family in the community.
He turned 18 last week May 31st, 2024. Just over 24 hours after becoming a legal adult and celebrating his birthday in LA, his life was taken from him.
He was the hope and future of his family and had a life ahead of him that was tragically cut short due to a senseless act of violence. He was one fatality of a crime that also took the life of one friend, CJ, and seriously injured two others.
At this time, we keep Christian’s parents, Lee and Khalil, and his siblings, Liam and Kylie, close to our hearts and in our prayers. There is no greater loss for a parent than the loss of one of their children. They are left reliving their child's first steps, first words, graduations, and beyond. Sometimes, the natural order of things is disrupted and we are left questioning, Why? Why my child? Why now? Dealing with and processing these questions takes prayer, faith, and time.
As we come together in this time of grief, we hope to alleviate the financial burden this tragedy has placed on the Hart family. We ask you to please contribute in any way you can to help this family take the time they need to find answers, comfort, and healing. Funds donated will be used for medical, funeral, and other unexpected expenses during this heartbreaking time.
Any donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to make a monetary contribution, your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.
With gratitude,
Family and Friends of the Hart Family
